Shortly when sawbones Tora Hamilton (Radha Mitchell) moves along with her husband (Rupert Graves) to the Shetland Islands – a hundred miles off the coast of European country – she makes associate alarming discovery: the body of a fille with strange symbols lapidarian into her flesh and her heart ripped out. once what initially seems to be the remains of a victim of associate ancient ritual seems to be a recent dead body, Tora is plunged into a dangerous mystery which will be connected to the dark myths of the island’s lore.
